Camping Altéa in the Hérault, near Sète and Montpellier and a 45-minute drive from Agde and Vias, offers comfortable, fully-equipped mobile-homes to rent for your holidays in France. Each mobile-home at Camping Altéa has its own private bathroom with shower, washbasin and separate toilet. Each rental is equipped with reversible air conditioning to ensure your comfort in all seasons. In addition to the main living area with fully equipped kitchen and the mobile home’s bedrooms, there is also a covered terrace. The Altéa campsite in the Hérault has 50 pitches set in a green and peaceful setting. Pitches have access to 2 sanitary blocks with showers, toilets, washing machines and tumble dryers.

A communal barbecue area is available to pitch renters at our 3-star Hérault seaside campsite, so you can enjoy gourmet moments with family or friends.

The 3-star Altéa campsite, 45 minutes from Agde in the Hérault, has a pool area that will delight young and old as well during your stay. Our water park has a 16 x 7 meter swimming pool, 1.35 meters deep. The pool is heated so you can enjoy a swim in all seasons. In addition to the pool, there is a 5 x 2 meter paddling pool for children.

There are parasols around the pool for maximum comfort when you’re relaxing. There are also 70 deckchairs in the pool area for you to enjoy the sun.

In summer, children aged 6 and over can try their first dive in the campsite pool for €20 per person.

Hespérides beach

Situated 17km from the Altéa campsite, Hespérides beach is known as the wildest in the region. If you’re travelling with your 4-legged friend, this is the perfect place to relax, as Hespérides is the only beach in the area that is dog-friendly.

Grand Travers Beach

The Grand Travers beach is around thirty kilometers from the Hérault seaside campsite. A cycle path has been laid out all along the seafront so you can cycle to the beach. A kite surfing area awaits you at the far end of the site.

Aresquiers beach

The Aresquiers beach is the closest to the Altéa campsite. It’s 4.5 kilometres from the site and can be reached on foot, by bike or by car. It’s an ideal place for long walks and family swimming.

Beaches of Frontignan

The seaside resort of Frontignan stretches over several kilometers of coastline. There are 5 beaches to choose from:

• Entrée Beach at Frontignan
• Le Port de Plaisance
• La Bergerie
• Le Grau

Prévost Beach

The Prévost beach is located 12 kilometers from the Hérault seaside campsite. Here you can swim, sunbathe or discover activities such as kite surfing. Although the beach is close to the town, it still retains its wild features.

Albatros Beach

Just over ten kilometers from our 3-star campsite, the Albatros Beach is located in an upmarket area along a pedestrian promenade. Your children can enjoy the on-site play area.

Saint-Pierre Beach

Saint-Pierre Beach is located around ten kilometers from Altéa. It is supervised in summer and is very great for family outings. Visitors can enjoy entertainment and activities for children, as well as snack bars and restaurants.
